Premade layouts Made by me in Photoshop and Notepad/Dreamweaver. You'll need winzip to be able to use them. Oh, and 'property of ...' won't really be written on the layout, it's just there on the pics because they are a preview.
Extract zip file to a directory to your computer, if there's not an images subfolder, make it. Then, open up html files in Notepad, Wordpad or whatever you're using and edit everything but the credits and html codes. Trust me, you'll have problems with layout otherwise... ;-) readme file sometimes included, sometimes not. Depends on my mood, but the instructions albeit short are in every html file.
